In a joint venture, the Polk County Law Library Board and Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota established the Polk County Self-Help Clinic on December 1.
The clinic is located in the Polk County Justice Center, Courthouse Law Library, 2nd Floor, 816 Marin Ave. in Crookston. An attorney will be available to provide personalized help, free of charge. The clinic is open the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. If necessary, an appointment can be made in advance to meet individualized needs by calling Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota at 1-800-450-8585 or 218-233-8585.
